Cutter had the tip of his little tail broken as a very young pup and has a small umbilical hernia so we are offering him at a discount to offset having it corrected when he is neutered. Of course - his tail is FINE the way he is but the hernia needs correcting. Cutter is now FULLY vaccinated until April of next year and is a bit large compared to the average Havanese. All that remains is his neutering in Sep/Oct of this year. He is raring to go!
